Location of position: This is a remote position.

Job Duties

As our Director, MP Delivery Operations, you will be accountable for delivering performance, risk mitigation, and overall Major Project outcomes aligned with business strategy.  You’ll also drive delivery execution of Major Projects through Project Executives (schedule, cost, quality, safety).

You will bring 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, and 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing large-scale or major construction projects to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred).

Annual Base Pay Range:

This role has been categorized as a remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company.  Employees may live in any location within the area of the role’s scope of responsibility. The national hiring range for this role is $201,700 – $264,705.  The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. 

We will also consider candidates in the following areas.  Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:  

  • Lisle, IL area hiring range: $215,800 – $283,290.  

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 25% Target Incentive (70/30) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
