Lancaster, PA | 1st Shift | Direct Hire
$70,000-$100,000 / year DOE

Allegiance Staffing is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer for a well-established and growing manufacturing company in Lancaster, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys improving manufacturing processes, leading capital projects, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do
  • Lead manufacturing and capital improvement projects from planning through implementation
  • Improve production processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost savings
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and production issues using structured problem-solving techniques
  • Develop standard operating procedures, preventive maintenance plans, and equipment documentation
  • Support automation systems including PLCs, servos, and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
  • Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to optimize operations
  • Train and mentor team members on new equipment and processes
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with automation systems, PLCs, servos, and VFDs
  • Project management and continuous improvement experience
  • CAD experience (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, or Quality Management Systems
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement tools
