Position: Manager, Parking - Full Time/ Salary/Exempt
Reports to: Director, Parking

Complementing the events at State Farm Stadium, Insignia Event Services exclusively manages Sportsman's Park and Heritage at Sportsman's Park, offering flexible venues for everything from pre-game activities and tailgating to concerts, festivals, corporate events, and graduations. Our services range from full-service event production, staging, and equipment rental to live presentation and transportation logistics, making us a trusted partner for exceptional events in Arizona.
Job Description
The Parking Manager supports daily parking operations across State Farm Stadium and related properties, overseeing staffing, event execution, and process improvements. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to optimize traffic flow and parking logistics, while ensuring high service standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, supporting payroll, leading assigned events, assisting with traffic plans and communications, and overseeing vehicle operations including insurance, maintenance, and accident management.
Primary Job Duties:
  • Assists in the day-to-day business operations for the parking department at State Farm Stadium, Sportsman's Park, and other contracted properties.

  • Assists in maintaining procedures for current and future projected needs, demonstrating prudent business practices which impact performance, service quality, and the satisfaction of team members and customers.

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to ensure adequate staffing and management of resources while maintaining a quality level of service and monitoring labor costs.

  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, local authorities, and key stakeholders to optimize transportation logistics and parking infrastructure.

  • Assist in the creation of traffic plans, maps and parking-related communication for both staff and stakeholders

  • Manages staffing, planning and day to day operations of the parking business, both on and offsite.

  • Responsible for all vehicle insurance information, accident management, proper and timely maintenance/repair

  • Leads assigned events, operations, and portions of parking operations to ensure the highest quality service and maximization of through put can be attained.

  • Responsible for event staff supervision and payroll related duties

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Recent experience in managing parking and traffic for large events, such as sporting events, concerts or amusement destinations.

  • ATSSA Certification - Traffic Control Supervisor (required); Certified Administrator of Public Parking (required)

  • Comprehensive understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT), Arizona Motor Vehicles Division (AMVD) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, ensuring all operations comply with legal standards.

  • Ability to work evenings, holidays, weekends and as needed for emergency responses

  • Experience reviewing maintenance requirements of surface and structured parking, and knowledgeably recommending repairs within industry best practices.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, and foster professional growth among staff.

  • Basic accounting and proven fiscal management experience

  • Ability to multi-task events and projects in a high stress, fast-paced, live production work environment

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams for efficient data management, communication, and collaboration.

  • Must possess a drive and passion for pushing innovation, developing big ideas, and following through on a commitment to excellence

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field, preferred
