Freshminds has partnered with a consulting firm in the sports and entertainment sector to hire a Director into its growing advisory team. The firm works with leading organizations across sport and entertainment, advising on high-profile strategic and commercial projects.


This role combines client relationship ownership, project delivery and team leadership, with responsibility for leading high-profile engagements. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play an important role in the continued growth of the business, with significant responsibility and a clear pathway for progression.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead strategic projects, including business cases, commercial analysis and market assessments.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, managing relationships, leading delivery and presentations.
  • Lead and develop project teams.


What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in consulting, strategy, investment banking or similar environments.
  • Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience leading projects or workstreams, managing senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations to clients.
