As Director, Artificial Intelligence, you will be at the center of our AI ambitions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Define, communicate, and evolve the vision of the AI Squad in alignment with organizational strategic priorities and business needs.
  • Build, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary team encompassing expertise in product management, data, AI engineering, software development, and delivery.
  • Oversee the selection, prioritization, and execution of a portfolio of high-impact AI use cases, balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk, and delivery capacity.
  • Drive the transformation of ideas, proofs of concept, and prototypes into robust, secure, measurable, and production-ready solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with business, IT, architecture, data, cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, risk, and operations teams to ensure the responsible and seamless integration of AI solutions.
  • Establish AI delivery practices, standards, and frameworks, including RAG architectures, AI agents, LLMOps/MLOps practices, model evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
  • Promote the responsible use of artificial intelligence by integrating principles of ethics, transparency, privacy, security, and risk management.
  • Implement value measurement mechanisms to assess adoption, business outcomes, solution quality, and overall initiative performance.
  • Support strategic decisions related to AI platforms, models, cloud services, and technology roadmaps.
  • Develop team talent through coaching, recruiting, prioritization, and capability building.
  • Represent the AI function with internal partners and executive governance bodies.
  • Maintain active awareness of emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in artificial intelligence and digital solution delivery.

  • Advanced french and english proficiency is required, as the successful candidate will be expected to collaborate, influence, present recommendations, participate in committees, evaluate technology solutions, interact with vendors, and work on artificial intelligence initiatives with french and english speaking internal and external partners, teams, and stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise AI services such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Google Gemini Enterprise, or equivalent solutions.
  • Knowledge of frameworks, tools, or platforms related to Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, workflow orchestration, and model evaluation.
  • Experience scaling AI solutions beyond the prototype stage, including user adoption, change management, operational support, observability, continuous improvement, and benefits realization.
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, technology risk management, cybersecurity, privacy, or data governance.
  • Experience facilitating committees, managing executive stakeholders, defining operating models, leading organizational transformation, or building new technology capabilities.
  • Certifications or training in product management, agile methodologies, data, artificial intelligence, information security, governance, architecture, or program management.
