Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based Therapy

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support a School District in Maricopa, Arizona (AZ) for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students' communication development within an educational setting.

  • Contract Type: W2
  • Setting: High School
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Start Date: As Soon as Compliant to Start
  • End Date: 2026-2027 School Year
  • Work Arrangement: In Person

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
  • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
  • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
  • Active Arizona SLP License
  • School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
  • Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
