Job Description

As a Production Director - Services at Ubisoft Montréal, you will oversee production activities for the Hélix graphics team. You will support the delivery of visual production services, including key art, thumbnails, codex assets, and style guides, while helping teams maintain efficient workflows, high-quality standards, and alignment with production priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Define your team’s mission, priorities, objectives, and production roadmaps in collaboration with management
  • Coordinate the production of graphics deliverables including key art, thumbnails, codex assets, and style guides
  • Establish and communicate clear production processes and operational frameworks across teams and projects
  • Anticipate production needs related to visual content, quality standards, and delivery timelines
  • Build and maintain development plans aligned with production priorities, resources, and budget considerations
  • Organize and oversee production activities while balancing competing schedules and priorities
  • Monitor the progress and quality of key deliverables and communicate updates to stakeholders and production partners
  • Identify production risks and implement mitigation plans to support timelines, scope, and quality expectations
  • Improve and maintain workflows, production tools, and collaboration practices with internal partners
