Job Summary
Director of Imaging Services
Location: West Coast (California or Arizona preferred, flexible) (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: $160,000 to $200,000 plus full benefits and car allowance

A nationwide healthcare technology management organization supporting hospitals and health systems with comprehensive imaging service programs. The team is known for building scalable service operations, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering consistent equipment uptime through strong process, training, and field execution.
Role Overview:
This Director of Imaging Services role leads the implementation and standardization of an advanced imaging service program across assigned client sites and enterprise initiatives. You will partner closely with regional operations leaders, district management, and account teams to ensure imaging inventories are accurate, budgets and support plans are aligned, and service performance meets customer expectations. The role blends strategic program leadership with hands-on operational oversight, including new account start-ups, system implementations, vendor coordination, and performance reporting across multiple modalities.
Key Requirements:
• 7 plus years supporting and maintaining diagnostic imaging systems in the field or in a managed services environment
• Strong working knowledge across one or more modalities: Ultrasound, Fluoro, CR, DR, Cath Lab, CT, MR
• Prior leadership experience managing technicians and supporting hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews
• Ability to lead implementations and upgrades involving software, networking, and hospital IT coordination
• Strong financial and operational reporting skills including inventory control, PM compliance, and cost efficiency tracking
• Comfortable interfacing with hospital stakeholders as a consultant and escalation point
