Director of Sales
Locations: Remote from Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA
Reporting To: Vice President of Sales
Industry: Semiconductor, integrated circuits, memory | Employees: 700
Travel: Very limited
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth for assigned accounts and territories
  • Generating new business opportunities, growing customer relationships
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to engineering and procurement teams
  • Collaborating with application engineers, product managers, and marketing to support customer requirements
  • Forecasting revenue and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting
  • Managing price negotiations, demand creation, and design-in activities across multiple products
  • Selling products such as – memory chipsets, CXL controllers, PCIe Retimers, IO Hub, Switches
Requirements:
  • 15+ years in technical sales and business development in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem – CSP, OEM, ODM
  • Experience working with CSPs, ODM, and OEM partners
  • Experience navigating global corporate environments
  • Experience selling into and building relationships with companies like Microsoft, Amazon, HP, Dell, Meta, Lenovo, and Google
