NorthHill Technology Resources has a need for a UIPath RPA Developer to support a Federal Program in Reston, VA. This is a direct-hire role with our client, a leader in the Intelligence Community. Excellent compensation and benefits package. Due to the nature of the work, a TS/SCI Clearance and current CI Polygraph is required. Position description:
The UiPath RPA Developer will work with clients to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows using UiPath; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions, and ensuring quality of the system. Preferred candidates will have UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification. This position works in a cross-functional team environment with government and contractor personnel.
Duties and responsibilities: Work with clients to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows using UiPath; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions, ensuring quality of the system.
Assist in gathering and understanding requirements and identifying business flows.
Develop BOTs using Flowchart and Sequence workflows.
Create Macros to implement VLOOKUP formulas and execute from UiPath.
Publish the BOTs and create Robot in Orchestrator.
Implement best practices for RPA work in code review.
Resolve issues that arise in day to day running of UiPath processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Deploy Macros and Robots
Automate manual, repetitive and/or rule based processes Create business models, analyze available solutions
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Provides information and recommendations for automation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Education and qualifications: U.S. citizenship
Current TS/SCI CI polygraph (CI poly can be scheduled with current TS/SCI)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of UiPath RPA experience
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification Microsoft Excel Mid-Expert User Level Ability to interact confidently at all levels of management
Ability to prioritize and work multiple projects
Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic
Experience in End-to-End development of Business Process using Robotic Process Automation
Experience in Scheduling the Bots thru Studio and Orchestrator
Experience staging and deploying the automation solution into test and Live environments
Experienced in using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Screen, Data & Web scraping techniques
Programming/coding skills in multiple areas preferred
