Job description

Clinic Director – Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Coppell, Texas
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: 5 days per week, some weekends required
About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced, confident, and highly professional Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinic Director for a new wellness and IV therapy clinic opening in Coppell, Texas.
This is a unique opportunity for an RN who enjoys hands-on patient care but is also ready to take ownership of a clinic, lead a team, and play an important role in growing a new location.
The Clinic Director will combine clinical expertise, leadership, patient experience, and day-to-day clinic operations. This is not a traditional desk-based management position—the Director will remain actively involved in patient care, including IV therapy and injections, while providing leadership and oversight for the clinic.
The ideal candidate has experience in IV therapy, infusion, wellness, functional medicine, med spa, peptide therapy, or a related clinical environment, along with the maturity and leadership ability to successfully manage a growing clinic.
Required Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid to practice in Texas
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong competency in peripheral IV insertion and IV therapy
  • Experience administering IM and subcutaneous injections
  • Strong understanding of medication administration, patient assessment, infection control, and clinical safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise sound nursing judgment and recognize when provider consultation or intervention is necessary
  • Professional, dependable, mature, and comfortable making decisions in a leadership role
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians/providers and company leadership
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work approximately 1–2 weekends per month
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in IV hydration, infusion therapy, wellness, functional medicine, med spa, or a similar outpatient environment
  • Experience with peptide therapies and/or compounded medications
  • Previous charge nurse, clinical supervisor, assistant manager, clinic manager, or other healthcare leadership experience
  • Experience opening, growing, or improving operations within a healthcare clinic
  • ACLS certification
  • Experience in a patient-focused, consumer healthcare or cash-pay environment
Schedule & FlexibilityThis is a full-time leadership position generally scheduled five days per week from approximately 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The Clinic Director will also participate in a weekend rotation of approximately one to two weekends per month.
Because this is a new and growing clinic, the ideal candidate will have the flexibility and leadership mindset to step in when needed and help ensure that both patients and the clinic team are supported.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $75,000 annual base salary
  • Tips
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits with 50% of the employee premium paid by the company
  • 401(k)
  • HSA
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
The Person We're Looking ForWe're looking for more than an RN who can start an IV.
The right Clinic Director will be someone who can lead the clinic while still being willing to roll up their sleeves and take care of patients.
You should be comfortable moving between clinical care, team leadership, patient service, and day-to-day problem solving.
You may be an excellent fit if you are:
  • Clinically confident and highly skilled with IVs
  • Professional and polished with patients
  • Calm and decisive when unexpected situations arise
  • Comfortable holding others accountable while maintaining a positive team environment
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Interested in wellness, preventative care, and emerging treatment options
  • Business-minded and interested in helping a clinic grow
  • Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done
For the right RN, this is an opportunity to take an important leadership role in a new clinic and help shape its culture, patient experience, and long-term success.
