Job description

As the Wellness Director (Health Services) at Regency Park, you’re the clinical leader and oversee the nursing team. It’s your responsibility to guide and encourage staff and collaborate with other leaders in the community to meet the comprehensive needs of our residents.

  • Maintains a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

  • Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect

  • Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve

  • Work with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans

  • Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

  • Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekend

What you can expect to do as a Wellness Director:

  • Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

  • Review routines, calendar of events, team member schedule and coordinate resident appointments, treatments, or procedures

  • Assists with new resident orientation and transition to community

  • Develop, implement and update service plans

  • Make daily rounds to observe and evaluate the physical and emotional status of residents

  • Coordinate admission and discharge of residents

  • Evaluate employee performance and assume responsibility for recruiting, hiring and training new employees

  • Ensures documentation of resident clinical status and is able to communicate to physicians and other healthcare professionals

  • Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted at shift change

  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Position Requirements:

  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nursing License (RN)

$105,000– $115,000/annually
*Depending on Experience

Job Type: 

  • Full Time 

  • Monday - Friday (Typical) & On-call as needed.
