Job description

The Director of Retail supports retail innovation, brand standards and operational excellence across multi client sites. They serve as a subject matter expert, guiding food programs, development and consistent execution.
This leader brings proven hospitality and culinary management experience, driving menu development, hands on cooking, cost control, new business openings, staff training, and food safety. Strong communication, organization and guest focus are essential.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $139145 - $180070
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
