The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.

You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the region through inspirational leadership and robust partnership with cross-functional partners. THE ROLE

As the Director, Retail you will lead the team to:

  • Sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships

  • Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time

  • Seamlessly own or escalate the invisible details that enable an exceptional shopping experience

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
