Operations Leaders work together with the Senior Operations Leader, Operations Director, and the Kitchen Director, to ensure operational excellence. Operations Leaders are supported by the Talent Director, Training Director, Finance Director, Marketing Directors, and the Owner-Operator.

The responsibilities of an Operations Leader including serving guests, provide them with what they need, giving intelligent recommendations and suggestions, leading and supporting the staff, and ensuring the team provides the Chick-fil-A hospitality that we are known for while monitoring the overall financial performance of the store.

More importantly, an outstanding Operations Leader candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, hard-working and friendly to ensure that the guests are fully satisfied.
