Job description

Charleston ENT has an immediate opening for a remote Patient Access Representative! Due to rapid growth and increased call volume and referrals, we're seeking talented reps to join our busy patient communications center!.
Patient Access Representatives are responsible for providing the same outstanding service over the phone as patients receive from our providers and administrators in person. This is an ideal position for a busy person who enjoys working as part of a supportive, achievement-oriented team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Registering new patients
  • Entering and updating patient demographics and records
  • Handling all incoming referrals for the practice and for representing the practice to patients with care, compassion, and high attention to detail
