TheSeniorSalesforce Developer will play a key role in advancing the Direct Division's CRM capabilities byleveragingSalesforce Financial Services Cloud,Marketing Cloud,Agentforce, and Data360to deliver intelligent, data-driven experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, high-impact solutions that blend declarative design, automation, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud,Agentforce, and Data360to support evolving business and operational needs.

  • Lead the implementation and customization ofAgentforceand Data360capabilities, enabling intelligent workflows, AI-driven automations, contextual insights, and predictive decision-making.

Pay Range: $148,600.00 - $198,200.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
