Unity Point Wellness & Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position. This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while you provide essential services to our clients. As part of a detox center dedicated to recovery, our remote team collaborates through advanced communication tools and electronic health record systems. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Unity Point, you will:

• Work directly with clients in both virtual and community settings, providing assessment and treatment for those experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and arrange for detailed assessments as needed to tailor interventions effectively.
• Create and implement integrated care plans that are client-centered, ensuring all services are linked and that communication among clients, family members, and providers is seamless.
• Engage in counseling sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on varying therapeutic modalities that fit the needs of clients.
• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating swift decision-making skills in high-pressure situations to ensure client safety.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of client progress, ensuring timely data submission and compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery and optimizing client outcomes.
• Carry a caseload that reflects a diverse range of needs and ensures that services are not only accessible but also responsive to those needs.

Your primary focus will be on clients who are undergoing detoxification and other recovery processes, many of whom may come from historically marginalized backgrounds. This role requires cultural competence to effectively engage with a variety of clients, understand their unique challenges, and empower them in their recovery journeys. You will be essential in creating a supportive atmosphere that fosters trust and encourages clients to seek the help and resources they need.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (required).
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work, particularly in mental health settings or substance use disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and collaborators alike.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

While not required, the following experiences will be considered advantageous:

• Experience working in detox or recovery settings.
• Familiarity with culturally sensitive practices and trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
