As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our clinic, you will be tasked with the following core responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patient needs and devising personalized treatment plans.
• Delivering various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual clients' preferences and circumstances.
• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and care continuity.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate a holistic approach to patient treatment.
• Engaging in regular case consultations to share insights and strategize on improving patient care outcomes.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and connection to community resources for ongoing support.
• Keeping abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies to deliver evidence-based care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, specifically focused on providing therapy services to clients.
• Expertise in solution-focused and evidence-based therapy practices.

• Experience with remote therapy practice and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
