As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will consist of:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on improving the mental well-being of clients.
• Facilitating open dialogue around emotions and experiences to enable clients to gain insight into their feelings and relationships.
• Serving as a client advocate, assisting individuals in defining and achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Assessing clients' mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-oriented approach based on clinical experience.

• Monitoring progress over time and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

The clients you will serve are primarily stable adults with low acuity, thoroughly screened before booking an appointment to ensure a supportive therapeutic relationship. You will have the flexibility to choose your preferred client demographics, allowing you to work exclusively with individuals you feel equipped and comfortable to assist. Our streamlined referral system provides you with unlimited client opportunities, ensuring that your schedule remains consistently filled without the need for you to engage in direct marketing.

In order to be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Hold a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation with the capacity to practice independently without supervision.
• Exhibit the ability to perform professional evaluations and devise recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Maintain a solid understanding of technology and proficiency with virtual counseling tools.

• Experience working within hospice care or palliative settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and securing client confidentiality is a plus.
• Prior experience in developing and implementing treatment plans for diverse populations.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional compensation benefits include:
