Part-Time Art Director (Remote)

Award-Winning B2B Marketing & Public Relations Agency

Are you a talented creative professional looking for a flexible, remote opportunity with an established and growing agency?

Our award-winning New Jersey-based B2B digital marketing and public relations agency is seeking a Part-Time Art Director to join our team approximately two days per week. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of B2B clients across manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, technology, packaging, and professional services sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of our Creative Director, you will manage design and development of digital and print marketing materials
  • Design compelling visual content for websites, social media, video, digital ads, email campaigns, advertising, sales collateral, and public relations initiatives
  • Maintain and strengthen client brand identities across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with account managers, content creators, outside vendors, and agency leadership on creative strategy and execution
  • Edit and update client WordPress websites
  • Create and edit video content for digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet agency quality standards and deadlines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar creative role
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
  • Strong WordPress website editing and content management skills
  • Proficiency in Final Cut Pro video editing
  • Experience designing for both digital and traditional media
  • Excellent typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience, particularly in B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Experience with website UX/UI design
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles
  • Basic motion graphics and animation capabilities
  • Ability to work with video/photo equipment a plus
