Base pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr Overview The Strategic Sourcing Manager will own global sourcing strategy for key categories (Contract Manufacturing, Packaging, and Raw Materials) to fuel this beauty brand's rapid growth. You'll optimize total cost of ownership, build a resilient and high‐performing supply base, and be a critical partner to Operations, R&D, and Finance. Grow Strategic Partnerships: Build long‐term relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure reliability and continuous improvement. Lead Sourcing for NPD: Partner with R&D, Packaging Engineering, and Operations to source components, model costs, and launch on time.

Protect Supply: Work with Planning to anticipate risk, put dual‐sourcing or buffers in place, and safeguard launches and replenishment. Own Performance: Set and track KPIs (cost, AQL, OTIF), report results, and drive corrective actions. Ensure Compliance: Maintain GMP, cosmetic regulatory, and internal quality and ethical standards across the supply base.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field. 5–7+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, ideally in Cosmetics or CPG industries. Proven success negotiating high‐value, complex contracts and managing global suppliers.
