Ready to lead the electrical operations behind some of the most critical infrastructure in the country?


We’re looking for a proven electrical construction leader to take ownership of a growing Mission Critical division in Arizona. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who has successfully managed hyperscale/data center electrical projects, large teams, estimating, project financials, and operational strategy.


📍Location: Mesa, AZ


🎯Requirements:

  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience
  • 10+ years of electrical estimating experience
  • Proven hyperscale / data center experience
  • Experience managing projects in the $5M–$80M range
  • Experience managing full electrical scope on major data center projects strongly preferred
  • Accubid experience strongly preferred
  • BSc/BA in construction management or related discipline preferred


⚡What You'll Do: As Director of Operations, you’ll oversee a Mission Critical division managing:

  • $5M–$80M electrical projects
  • Teams of 15–30+ professionals
  • Project Managers, APMs, Engineers, Estimators & Coordinators
  • Field Superintendents, General Foremen & field leadership
  • Estimating, staffing, scheduling, WIP, cost control & project execution
  • Customer relationships and growth within the Mission Critical market


💲Compensation & Benefits:

  • $160K - $180K Base Salary
