Employment Type:

Full-time or Part-time (We work with your life).

Shift Highlight:

Consistent, rotating 2-week schedules, every other weekend off.

  • Day Shifts: 8a-6p or 7a-5p
    • Full-time = 4 days per week / 40 hours
  • Overnight Shifts: 6p-8a or 5p-7a
    • paid sleep time (8 hours)
    • Full -time = 3 nights per week / 42 hours
About Us:

At Pine Valley Residential Services, we provide compassionate, high-quality care in cozy, 4-bedroom assisted living homes located on private, wooded properties. The pace is slower than a hospital, nursing home or large facility environment. We do not use restraints. We do not provide intensive medical care. The work is focused on consistency and routine. We offer real, meaningful support for individuals who are unable to live on their own due to chronic mental health barriers.

  • Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care

Training and approach

We train all staff and support professional development.  We are also a registered employer for the State of Wisconsin Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) program:

  • Paid training
  • $500 completion bonus
  • Eligibility for higher wages and career advancement with certification
