Client Solutions Director

Work Location & Travel: This role operates within a flexible, location-based work model. Candidates who do not reside within commuting distance of an Insight office may work fully remote. Candidates who live within commuting distance of an Insight hub will be expected to follow the hybrid work schedule aligned to that location. As a field-based sales role, this position requires travel to meet with clients and prospects as needed based on territory and business needs.

Compensation: Base salary range: $100,000โ€“$135,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also includes a performance-based incentive plan, with target earnings aligned to base salary, rewarding achievement against sales goals.

About the Role

As a Client Solutions Director, you will establish Insight as a full portfolio solution provider and ensure our client needs are accurately identified and aligned with Insightโ€™s offerings and Go-to-Market (GTM) solution strategies. You will build influential relationships with client IT and business leadership to drive solution services sales within an assigned book of business.

  • Identify, develop and close solution sales opportunities.
  • Increase revenue by expanding your clientโ€™s existing purchasing spend into new solutions categories and uncover recurring revenue opportunities, meeting client short-term and long-term technology goals.
  • Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives by leveraging both industry and technical background.
  • Collaborate with presales and implementation experts to strategize account approach.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science; MBA or Masterโ€™s Degree preferred.
  • 8โ€“12 years of technical sales experience with a documented successful track record in selling high-end technical solutions across multiple platforms and consistently exceeding corporate objectives and sales quotas.
  • Consistently leads and influences strategic solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of company products and services.
