Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center has been a trusted provider of orthopedic care in metro Denver for over 70 years. With over 100 physicians and advanced practice providers, Panorama has orthopedic specialists in sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, hand, wrist and elbow, foot and ankle, hip preservation, joint replacement, and spine care. In addition, Panorama offers non-operative pain management specialists, medical imaging services, custom orthopedic medical equipment, and physical therapists. With seven clinic locations, nine physical therapy offices, three ambulatory surgery centers and the region's only orthopedic specialty hospital, Panorama aims to provide convenient, quality, patient-centered care to the Rocky Mountain communities.
Panorama is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist that will introduce and/or represent Panorama practice(s) in the medical community and act as a customer service liaison to referring physician partners and their teams in our North Market. This team member reports to the Director of Market Development for UMP, and will collaborate with their peers and that leader to analyze and interpret quantitative data and qualitative market intelligence inputs, and to then create and execute strategies and tactics for provider relationship management that will help achieve practice and market-level goals and objectives.
Requirements
As a key member of the marketing team, the Provider Relations Specialist will:
โ€ข Represent and communicate Panorama partner practices mission(s), value proposition(s), care model(s), physician updates and clinical outcomes to the medical community in a specified territory/market.
โ€ข Facilitate relationship development between referring providers and Panorama providers.
โ€ข Identify and mine data sources to target and deploy resources against areas of opportunity and focus for Panorama service lines, clinic locations and providers.
โ€ข Assist in analysis, development strategies and methodologies to grow core services.
โ€ข Leverage market planning tools and CRM/PRM to strategically target, initiate and maintain relationships with relevant referring providers (physicians, APPs, PTs)
โ€ข Identify opportunities for provider relations development and execute on them - plan and coordinate lunches, drop-ins, lunch & learns, virtual meetings, physician education, networking events and hospitality events.
โ€ข Coordinate hospitality events, including but not limited to ticket distribution, gifts, follow-up ordering food for suites and lunches.
โ€ข Provide monthly documentation and reporting for many aspects of the provider relations ecosystem: education, hospitality, outreach, referral patterns and overall impact
โ€ข Be physically present in the market 4-5 days a week visiting Panorama practice offices and referring provider offices; a regular cadence and territory will be established upon hire; mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel to referring provider offices.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
โ€ข Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in a consultative sales role, with additional core skills of communication, interpersonal relationships, and negotiation
โ€ข Health care and marketing experience preferred, with an understanding of managed care, reimbursement dynamics (payor strategy)
โ€ข Driven and self-motivated with the ability to perform at a high level working autonomously when needed
โ€ข Understanding of business data/outcomes and experience using data to support/refute hypotheses, build strategies and guide actions
โ€ข Technically literate with computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platform(s) and EMRs
โ€ข A client service mentality - you understand that we exist to support and deliver for the practices that are part of UMP
