This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leasing professional or assistant manager looking to grow into a leadership role. If you're passionate about resident satisfaction, team collaboration, and operational excellence, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Partner with the Property Director to oversee the daily operations of the community.
  • Assist with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Process rental applications, lease renewals, and move-in documentation.
  • Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and resident account inquiries.
  • Help manage resident relations by responding to questions and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Support financial reporting, administrative tasks, and daily office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and all applicable laws.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach events, and resident engagement activities.
  • Provide leadership and support to the onsite team while helping create a positive, team-oriented culture.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous multifamily leasing or assistant property management experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with property management software such as ResMan is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to grow within the multifamily industry.
