Expected salary range of $114,300 to $127,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
The Senior Project Management Scheduler reports to the Manager of Project Controls-Scheduling and is responsible for developing and updating project schedules and maintaining multi-disciplined engineering and project execution schedules for complex projects. Must be able to work independently, lead schedule meetings, and facilitate discussions to obtain the information to organize activities, validate schedule calculations, and perform weekly/monthly status updates and reports. Interfaces directly with project team members and vendor organizations, monitors work activities and identifies potential schedule conflicts. Notifies Project Manager(s) of pending or future schedule discrepancies and recommends options for resolution. Communicates any scheduling issue areas and risks to Project Management leadership and recommends options for resolution.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate, develop and Update discipline schedules to ensure an accurate product for use in effective planning, resource allocation, parts acquisition, and schedule execution.
  • Prepare and analyze detailed project schedule reports to ensure effective project execution and feedback. Coordinate with project team members directly to update schedule status for assigned activities.
  • Lead project scheduling meetings to collect current schedule information, provide current schedule status, develop schedule mitigation strategies and provide look-ahead updates to project teams.
  • Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of fleet master project scheduling templates and reports.
  • Run weekly and monthly site schedule reports.
  • Other assignments as directed by management, such as outage schedule challenges, day-to-day scheduling and the performance of self-assessments to support continuous learnings of the organization.
  • All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-years of related experience OR
  • Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
  • Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

  • Nuclear Power experience
  • Project Controls experience
  • Experience in work management and scheduling (e.g. P6)
  • Experience using project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar applications
