About the Role:
Tiny Toes Daycare LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Preschool Director to lead our growing early childhood education program in Redding, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to shape young minds, inspire a dedicated team, and create a nurturing environment where children thrive every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the preschool facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teaching staff and support personnel
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate early childhood curricula aligned with developmental best practices
  • Maintain licensing requirements and ensure compliance with state and local childcare regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families through open communication and family engagement initiatives
  • Manage program budgets, enrollment, and administrative functions
  • Conduct staff evaluations, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
  • Monitor child progress and ensure individualized support for all learners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a preschool or childcare leadership role
  • Knowledge of California Title 22 childcare licensing regulations
  • Current or ability to obtain a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
