Job description

The incumbent is responsible to the Program Manager/Assistant Director of Home Support Services, for the overall day to day coordination of Support Services to the community

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social services, health care, activation, or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years experience in social services or health care, supervisory experience an asset

  • Knowledge and experience in working with seniors

  • Computer proficiency, with knowledge of assessment software, AlayaCare, and Microsoft Office Solutions

  • Current CPR Certificate required

  • Satisfactory Police Reference Check (with vulnerable sector screen) result

  • Language Requirement: Ability to communicate in English and Chinese

Physical Demands/ Working Condition:

  • Occasional travel

  • Use of own vehicle
