Your tasks at a glance     
  • You support the Centre Director in managingthe clinic (operations, finance, and team) in an effort to provide high quality services.
  • You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
  • You completedifferent reports and administrative tasks.
  • You understand and assume different technical positions asneeded. 
  • You support the organization's Risk Management program by identifying and promptly reporting patient safety concerns, incidents, or potential risks to clinic management, to assist in the organization's overall efforts to identify, report, and mitigate risks.
A clear view of your assets     
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset). 
  • You have experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. 
  • You stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management. 
  • You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training (and/or) work (expenses covered by Vision Group). 
  • You have excellent communication skills in English.   
  • Schedule: You are available to work Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with Saturdays on rotation.
