Our Team, Your Impact
The Cell Culture Process Development group within Biologics CMC is responsible for end-to-end upstream drug substance development across the biologics portfolio, supporting molecules from early development through commercialization and lifecycle management.
We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to join our Cell Culture Process Development group within Drug Substance Development, Biologics CMC in West Chester, PA. This is a hands-on, lab-based role ideal for a motivated candidate with a foundation in mammalian cell culture and data analysis with an interest in innovation in monoclonal antibody (mAb) production.
You will play a role in collaboratively designing and executing experiments that drive process understanding, optimization, and scale-up from early-stage development through commercial launch and life-cycle management. This position offers significant opportunities for technical growth, cross-functional collaboration, and career advancement within Teva's global R&D network.
How You'll Spend Your Day
• Collaboratively design and execute (with direct supervision) mammalian cell culture experiments with strong scientific rationale.
• Operate and scale processes using bioreactors (ambr 250, 3L, 50L, 200L).
• Utilize statistical modeling and automation tools to drive data-driven decisions.
• Author technical reports when required
Your Skills and Experience
Required:
• Bachelors Degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Cell Biology, or related field
Preferred:
• Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and/or aseptic laboratory techniques.
• Problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
