Job Description
Position Summary
This role oversees the reliability and efficiency of financial and operational systems across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading system implementations, configuring financials for new properties, and integrating operational data into reporting platforms. The position also acts as an internal change agent - streamlining workflows, removing roadblocks, incorporating known best practices, and improving financial reporting and decision-making. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Assurance.
The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $134,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
  • Assists or leads financial system configuration and onboarding for new properties and business lines
  • Coordinate credit card merchant accounts and payment processor setup with vendors
  • Assist with configuration and consistency of new properties across core operational and financial platforms
  • Establish revenue mapping, POS item categories, and financial integration logic to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate setup of payment types and cross-business package configurations.
  • Ensure the accurate integration of operational data into enterprise financial systems
  • Maintain strong data governance standards to ensure financial reporting accuracy across systems and platforms.
  • Partner with Accounting & Finance and IT to ensure operational transactions are appropriately mapped and reported within the financial structure.
  • Manage financial and operational platform relationships
  • Coordinating system configurations and integrations.
  • Ensuring vendor compliance with banking and KYC requirements.
  • Supporting troubleshooting, system optimization, and implementation initiatives.
  • Serve as a change agent by identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes and remove operational friction points.
  • Partner with Accounting Operations and Finance teams to implement scalable process improvements and automation solutions.
  • Develop templates and workflows that support operational and financial processes
  • Support operational leaders with system configuration, financial reporting capabilities, and data transparency.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, information systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial systems, accounting operations, business analytics, and/or hospitality finance.
  • Experience working with ERP and financial reporting platforms such as JDE, ProfitSword, PMS or similar systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-property or multi-business unit environments is highly desirable.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time, kneeling and bending may be required
  • Regularly work indoors with no adverse conditions
  • Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
  • Occasional travel is required as necessary
