Job Description
We are looking for a sharp, dynamic professional who is searching for an intellectually rewarding sales challenge to join our team. This role is working with our emerging sales territories in North America.
The AD is a client facing commercial role that involves working closely with both sales and research functions to design and negotiate commercially viable market research solutions that match the client's strategic needs. The role is at the intersection of research and commercial skills and is equally suitable to a team player that comes from a market research/consulting background and is able to demonstrate strong commercial skills and strong market research and analysis skills.
Qualifications
• 8+ years' experience industry-relevant
• Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus
• Strong analytical skills and commercial skills
• A drive to take a conceptual idea or objective and reform it into a clearly defined, actionable and synthesized research scope fully outlined within a written proposal
• Broad understanding of the strategy process for companies competing in B2B markets
• Ability to understand the key functions within a company and what is likely to be important, in terms of business intelligence needs, to support their strategy process
• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with both senior executives at a broad range of global clients and internal MarketsandMarkets partners (sales, accounts and research)
• Sufficient creative and organizational disposition necessary to thrive in an autonomous work environment
