Overview

We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Product Strategy to own the strategic direction, market positioning, and gotomarket execution for the Media OS platform. In this role, you will define where Media OS should play in the healthcare media ecosystem, how it differentiates from competing solutions, and how platform capabilities are translated into clear, compelling value for agencies, brands, and internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of product vision, customer outcomes, and commercial impact-ensuring Media OS investments drive adoption, retention, and longterm growth.

You will lead a multiyear product strategy and portfolio roadmap, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, GTM, Sales, and Client Services to bring strategy to life in market. From shaping value propositions and launch narratives to enabling pilots, lighthouse customers, and scalable GTM motions, you will steward the journey from concept to adoption. Your work will align roadmap priorities to measurable business outcomes, influence pricing and packaging discussions, and ensure Media OS capabilities are delivered with clarity, coherence, and market readiness.

This role is ideal for a strategic product leader with strong commercial instincts, a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, and a passion for turning complex platform capabilities into customerready stories. You will play a critical leadership role in positioning Media OS as a differentiated, musthave platform-driving organizational alignment, accelerating gotomarket execution, and helping the business consistently articulate and realize the value of its product investments.

Primary Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and evolve the product strategy and multiyear roadmap for Media OS, grounded in customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business priorities.
  • Translate platform capabilities into clear value propositions aligned to priority personas (agencies, brands, internal teams).
  • Partner with product pillar leads to ensure strategic coherence across audience, activation, workflow, and measurement capabilities.
  • Identify strategic gaps and opportunities in the healthcare media landscape and shape buildvspartner recommendations.

GoToMarket & Commercial Enablement

  • Lead productled GTM motions for new capabilities, including launch strategy, packaging, positioning, and success metrics.
  • Partner closely with GTM, Sales, and Client Services to support adoption, expansion, and retention goals.
  • Develop highimpact product narratives, pitch materials, demos, and enablement assets that translate complex platform capabilities into customerready stories.
  • Support pilot programs, beta launches, and lighthouse customers to validate value and accelerate broader rollout.

Portfolio Planning & Business Impact

  • Align roadmap priorities to business outcomes such as platform adoption, churn reduction, and revenue growth.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives, ensuring visibility into performance and impact.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy discussions by articulating feature value and differentiation.

CrossFunctional Leadership

  • Act as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product Management, Data, Partnerships, and Operations to ensure strategy is executable and scalable.
  • Influence without direct authority, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives and tradeoffs.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship across the product organization on strategy, GTM thinking, and customercentric decisionmaking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of product experience, with a strong emphasis on product strategy, portfolio planning, and gotomarket execution.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping and launching SaaS or platform products in partnership with Sales and GTM teams.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising and media ecosystem, including DSPs, identity solutions, data onboarding, and measurement.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer and commercial narratives.
  • Excellent communication and executivelevel storytelling skills.
  • Experience operating in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences preferred.
  • Familiarity with privacyfirst data practices and governance frameworks is a plus.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,800.00 - $244,300.00.
