- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests.

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ Years of Proven experience as a Performance Tester or in a similar role.
- 5+ Years of Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- 5+ Years Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- 5+ Years of Experience with monitoring and profiling tools.
- 5+ Years of Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Experience with cloud-based performance testing solutions.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python for scripting.
- Familiarity with application performance management (APM) tools like Dynatrace or New Relic.
