About the Opportunity:
Seekr is seeking a high-impact Director / Sr. Director of Channel and Strategic Partnerships - Government to lead strategic partner engagement across the U.S. Public Sector market. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a federal partner ecosystem that accelerates revenue growth, expands bidding velocity on large federal captures, and positions Seekr within priority government programs and contract vehicles.
The ideal candidate brings deep relationships across the Greater Washington, DC federal technology ecosystem, including systems integrators, cloud providers, OEMs, resellers, consulting firms, and emerging defense technology companies. This individual will serve as a force multiplier for Seekr's federal sales and growth strategy by driving partner-led pipeline development, capture collaboration, and operational readiness.
This is a highly visible role working cross-functionally with Sales, Capture, Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute Seekr's federal partner, channel, and alliance strategy across Defense, Intelligence, Civilian, and Homeland Security markets
  • Build partner-driven pipeline and revenue opportunities that accelerate federal growth objectives
  • Identify and prioritize strategic partnerships aligned to key federal AI, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives
  • Drive co-selling motions with major federal systems integrators, cloud providers, and government-focused technology partners
  • Establish joint account planning and opportunity development processes with strategic partners
  • Support expansion into large IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs, BPAs, and other federal procurement vehicles

Capture & Bidding Acceleration
  • Increase bidding velocity and win probability on large federal captures through strategic teaming and alliance engagement
  • Identify and recruit partners that strengthen Seekr's competitive positioning for major pursuits
  • Coordinate teaming strategies for priority opportunities across DoD, IC, DHS, and Civilian agencies
  • Collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities early in the procurement lifecycle
  • Help establish repeatable partner engagement models that improve proposal responsiveness and scale
  • Maintain awareness of evolving federal acquisition trends, AI priorities, and competitive positioning

Partner Recruitment & Ecosystem Development
  • Recruit and onboard high-value partner organizations across the Greater Washington, DC region and broader federal market
  • Build relationships with executive leaders, alliance managers, capture teams, and partner sales organizations
  • Develop a scalable federal partner program including onboarding, enablement, certifications, and field engagement
  • Create operational frameworks for partner performance tracking, pipeline attribution, and co-sell execution
  • Represent Seekr at industry events, partner summits, federal conferences, and mission-focused ecosystem engagements

Enablement & Partner Readiness
  • Lead partner enablement initiatives to ensure external teams can effectively position Seekr's AI platform and solutions
  • Develop partner messaging, solution positioning, sales plays, and competitive differentiation materials
  • Coordinate technical and sales training sessions for partner organizations
  • Ensure partners understand Seekr's value proposition within mission-focused federal use cases
  • Align partner enablement with evolving federal AI priorities and customer demand signals

Required Qualifications:
  • Eligible for US Security Clearance; active Top Secret clearance preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in federal partnerships, alliances, channel sales, capture, or business development
  • Proven success building strategic partnerships in the U.S. Public Sector market
  • Strong relationships across the Greater Washington, DC federal technology ecosystem
  • Experience working with federal systems integrators, defense contractors, OEMs, cloud providers, or government-focused technology firms
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and support large federal captures and procurement strategies
  • Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes, teaming structures, and government contracting environments
  • Experience supporting or driving growth within AI, cybersecurity, data, cloud, or emerging technology markets
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, DHS, or Federal Civilian accounts
  • Familiarity with OTAs, IDIQs, GWACs, SBIR/STTR transition pathways, and federal procurement ecosystems
  • Existing relationships with leading federal integrators and mission-focused technology partners
  • Experience launching or scaling partner programs for emerging technology companies
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure, trusted AI, LLM ecosystems, or mission AI workloads
