Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย Develop and Maintain a stable cycle count program.
ย ย ย ย Act as point person to resolve inventory discrepancies resulting from cycle counts.
ย ย ย ย Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies daily. Determine root cause and provide corrective actions when appropriate.
ย ย ย ย Develop ad hoc reports to aid in the management and disposition of excess inventory.
ย ย ย ย Partner with engineering resources to ensure proper implementation of deviations and ECN's.
ย ย ย ย Partner with key members of the Quality Assurance department involving recalls and holds and returns.
ย ย ย ย Provide and analyze anticipated weekly inventory accuracy report.
ย ย ย ย Partner with IT to maintain ORACLE inventory accuracy assisting to develop improved processes and procedures.
ย ย ย ย Work with production and subject matter experts to ensure up to date production reporting and promote real time inventory accuracy.
ย ย ย ย Partner with the Supply Chain Transformation team to roll out future implementations.
ย ย ย ย Assist with drive daily production planning processes.


Education/ Skills/ Experience:

ย ย ย ย Associate degree and 2 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse processes; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ย ย ย ย Ability to interpret and analyze data.
ย ย ย ย Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
ย ย ย ย Interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
ย ย ย ย ORACLE knowledge specifically transaction analysis.
ย ย ย ย Strong decision-making skills.
ย ย ย ย Adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
ย ย ย ย Ability to work quickly and effectively in demanding situations to meet critical deadlines.
