Job Summary:

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Director, Oracle Analytics for a full‑time position with 8‑hour day shifts. We are looking for a qualified and dedicated individual who can work onsite and provide support across Adventist Health’s multi‑site locations.

Responsible for the day ownership, execution, and operational integrity of the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, including but not limited to ERP, SCM, HCM modules and analytics/reporting Oracle platforms. This role serves as the enterprise platform steward, ensuring Oracle Fusion is configured, operated, integrated, and enhanced in alignment with enterprise governance, data standards, in alignment with system strategy. This position is accountable for translating approved enterprise policies, standards, and priorities into reliable platform execution; maintaining system stability and data integrity; and enabling trusted reporting and analytics. Operates as a key execution partner to enterprise governance bodies, functional leaders, IT, and analytics teams—ensuring Oracle Fusion performs as a compliant, scalable, and analytics‑ready enterprise system of record.

Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, information technology or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Seven years' experience supporting or leading enterprise ERP/HCM/SCM platforms: Required
  • Five years' leadership experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
  • Serves as the enterprise owner for the Oracle Fusion platform, with accountability for ERP, SCM, and HCM functional domains. Ensures Oracle Fusion is configured and operated in compliance with enterprise governance policies. Oversees platform execution of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Data Management (EDM), ensuring governed management of critical master and reference data
  • Implements and enforces enterprise‑approved governance decisions, standards, and policies within the Oracle Fusion platform. Supports governance forums providing impact assessments, risks, dependencies, and options; Translating approved decisions into system configuration and release plans. Enforces adherence to approved configuration standards, data structures, and integration patterns. Ensures Oracle Fusion data meets enterprise data quality, reconciliation, and audit readiness standards. Partners with analytics and data platform teams to ensure Oracle data is trusted, well‑modeled, and ready for enterprise reporting and advanced analytics. Supports enterprise semantic and metric standards by ensuring Oracle source data aligns with approved definitions.
  • Owns platform execution across Oracle Financials modules supporting record‑to‑report, procure‑to‑pay, budgeting, and planning. Ensures system configurations align with approved accounting structures, internal controls, and audit requirements. Partners with finance stakeholders to implement approved enhancements and process improvements. Oversees Oracle SCM platform components including procurement, inventory, suppliers, and contracts. Ensures SCM data integrity and integration with financial and clinical systems to support accurate cost, utilization, and spend reporting. Executes approved supply chain enhancements and optimizations within established enterprise standards.
  • Oversees platform execution for Oracle HCM modules including core HR, payroll, time and labor, benefits, and workforce reporting. Ensures payroll, timekeeping, and workforce data are accurate, timely, and compliant with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements. Supports approved workforce and labor initiatives by configuring and maintaining Oracle HCM accordingly. Oversees operational platform components of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) capabilities. Ensures configurations align with enterprise financial governance, supports approved planning processes, and delivers reliable, timely data for enterprise performance management and executive decision‑making.
  • Manages intake and evaluation of enhancement requests across ERP, HCM, and SCM. Provides prioritization recommendations to enterprise governance bodies. Develops impact analyses (technical, operational, data, integration, reporting) for proposed changes. Coordinates testing, training support, and deployment activities in collaboration with IT and functional partners. Coordinates vendor support, escalation, and release planning as needed. Leads a team of Oracle Fusion functional team of analysts, platform specialists, and reporting/system support staff. Ensures team members are aligned to enterprise standards, governance expectations, and platform best practices. Establishes knowledge management, platform documentation, and training support materials.
