The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Lead, Oracle Project EPM reporting to the Senior Director of Oracle Project Lead.

This position works on-site in Miami, Florida.

 

Position Summary:

The EPM Lead serves as a subject matter expert, leveraging extensive experience with Enterprise Performance Management systems to architect, optimize, and lead complex EPM initiatives across the organization. In this advanced position, the Lead partners with senior stakeholders, drives business transformation, and provides deep analytical insight to enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise reporting processes. The role requires high-level proficiency in EPM platforms, excellent business acumen, and the ability to guide and mentor other analysts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the organization's EPM thought leader, advising executive and cross-functional teams on best-in-class EPM strategies, process improvements, and governance practices.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of integrated EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Conduct advanced business analysis, requirements engineering, and solution architecture for highly complex EPM initiatives including multi-entity consolidations, scenario modeling, and regulatory reporting.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, facilitating decision-making workshops and influencing outcomes by presenting actionable insights derived from robust data analysis.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for EPM system enhancements, coordinating with IT, Finance, and vendor partners to deliver on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Develop and enforce governance frameworks, data integrity standards, and EPM system controls to meet compliance and audit requirements.
  • Mentor junior analysts, providing knowledge transfer, peer review, and upskilling across the EPM function.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging EPM technologies, recommending and piloting innovative solutions to sustain competitive advantage.
  • Author and maintain advanced process documentation, training resources, and executive dashboards.
  • Provide high-level troubleshooting and escalation support for critical EPM issues.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with leading EPM platforms (Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP BPC, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar), including system implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and executive reporting.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional EPM transformation projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced analytical and data modeling skills, with proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver clear, impactful presentations.
  • Expertise in business process reengineering, change management, and end-user training for EPM systems.
  • Professional certifications in EPM platforms, business analysis (CBAP), project management (PMP), or relevant domains are highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of data integration (ETL), master data management, and regulatory requirements in a global enterprise context.
