In the role of Director of Operations & WCSC, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Brewery Leadership Team. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across Brewing, Packaging, Customer Service, and WCSC functions to ensure the brewery delivers safe, high-quality products, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role plays a critical part in advancing Manufacturing Excellence through WCSC capability building, strategy deployment, and change management initiatives while developing future leadership capability for the organization.
This position reports to the Brewery Vice President and works closely with brewery leadership teams, department managers, corporate stakeholders, and supply chain partners. The role leads a multidisciplinary team with 3-5 direct reports and provides leadership across multiple operational functions.
What You'll Be Brewing
• Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues across Brewing, Packaging, Customer Service, and WCSC, supporting their growth and development through coaching, performance management, career planning, and talent development.
• Lead the development and execution of brewery-wide operational strategies focused on continuous improvement, cost competitiveness, productivity, efficiency, and variability reduction.
• Partner with the Brewery Leadership Team to develop and implement long-term brewery strategy, capital plans, manufacturing excellence initiatives, and WCSC master plans that support enterprise objectives.
• Serve as the site leader for WCSC and owner of the Initiative Management (IM) Pillar, advancing phase progression, capability building, and effective change management across the brewery.
• Drive cost leadership through effective budget management, identification of cost savings opportunities, and strategies that improve operational performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Ingredients
• You are an authentic leader who values and respects differences and believes diverse perspectives create stronger teams and better business outcomes.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years) in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain leadership.
• You have 8-10 years of relevant leadership experience, including at least five years of brewery leadership or management experience within a world-class manufacturing, supply chain, lean operations, WCSC, or IWS environment.
• You have experience leading salaried teams and developing talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• You have knowledge of brewing, packaging, maintenance, customer service, warehousing, shipping, and supply chain operations.
• You understand quality systems, structured problem solving, statistical process control, HACCP, food safety, and manufacturing quality standards.
• You are experienced in change management and can effectively lead organizations through large-scale transformation initiatives.
• You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments, functions, and organizational levels.
• You take accountability for results while acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
• You have a passion for continuous improvement, learning, innovation, and creating an engaging workplace culture.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $149,400.00 - $196,100.00 (posting salary range) + 25% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
