Locations: Autumn Embers Senior Assisted Living, Harbor View Assisted Living, Meadow View Assisted Living, Scandinavian Court Assisted Living.

What You’ll Do

As a key leadership partner to the Executive Director, you will:

  • Create a home‑like environment and foster a welcoming, supportive, and resident‑centered culture.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the community.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop staff to deliver exceptional care, promoting teamwork, open communication, and high morale.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service, resident satisfaction, and timely resolution of concerns.
  • Help manage staffing, training, and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe, clean, and attractive community environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and wellness teams to welcome new residents and support outreach efforts and community engagement.
