- Preferably holds Operational Excellence certifications such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Quality Control, or Food Safety.

- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and fluently in both Spanish and English.
- Extensive knowledge of computerized systems and programs such as MS Office and preferably SAP.
