Maintenance Director/ Supervisor role includes…

  • Building maintenance program and repair coordination

  • General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching…

  • HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator

  • Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance

  • NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually etc.
