  • Deep hands-on experience securing and operating large-scale AWS or Azure environments, including identity architecture, network security, logging and detection, and cloud security posture management, along with substantial experience operating and securing on-premises and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated use of AI assistants, agents, and code generation as a meaningful force multiplier, along with experience personally building or directing the development of AI-powered dashboards, automations, and integrations using AI APIs and platforms, with concrete and measurable outcomes beyond administering off-the-shelf products.
  • Experience leading governance, risk, and compliance activities, including security policies, risk assessments, control frameworks, audits, and remediation programs.
  • Broad technical depth across infrastructure, networks, identity and access management, endpoint management, and enterprise applications, including experience operating identity services across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
  • Experience leading IT service delivery functions, including Help Desk, enterprise applications, and network or site reliability engineering, with accountability for availability, service levels, and employee experience.
  • Experience leading security operations and vulnerability management, including major incidents and outages through service restoration, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
  • Experience managing budgets, service providers, technology vendors, and complex cross-functional initiatives, with strong written and verbal communication skills for executive, business, and technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LLM API integration, agentic workflows, AI orchestration, and interoperability standards such as MCP.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI adoption, including workforce enablement, acceptable-use governance, and management of unsanctioned AI tools.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed or global IT and security teams.
  • Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or product-focused organization, collaborating across enterprise IT, security, engineering, operations, and product teams.
  • Experience modernizing IT service delivery, security operations, or hybrid infrastructure through automation and continuous improvement.

Education and Certifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
  • CISSP or CISM certification.
  • AWS or Azure cloud security certification.

Preferred

  • AWS or Azure Solutions Architecture certification.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.

Benefits

Salary range: $230,000-$260,000
