Responsibilities: 


Enhancement and maintenance of existing and new web Applications 

Technical Design, Coding, and Unit Test of web Applications in accordance with business requirements and technical standards 

Design and development of reusable components for web application 

Participate in functional specifications, prototyping, and estimation of web development projects 

Participate in the development of detailed design specifications for use by the technical team 

Participate in evaluation and prototype of new technologies, coding practices or third party Technology for use in web application 

Work closely with Business teams to clarify requirements and business needs 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 


Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or applicable field 

Three to Five (3 to 5) years of experience in software development; developing web applications 

CSS/HTML: strong Understanding of responsive web design; ability to create User-centered interfaces in order to implement company design patterns; ability to work closely with User Experience, Business Analysts, and Creative Design team members to enhance the overall look and feel and usability of web interfaces; Strong understanding of Bootstrap (3.x) standard components and their customization; ability to teach front-end development concepts to other developers 

Angular IS/JavaScript: Knowledge of core JavaScript concepts for writing and debugging Single Page Applications (SPA); ability to coach other developers on JavaScript languages, i.e. CoffeeScript is a Plus 

Excellent Communication skills 

Source control: git and/or SVN 

Experience working as part of a development team as well as independently 

Willingness to learn new front-end concepts 

Ability to translate wireframes and high-level designs into visual components 

Experience with GULP or GRUNT area a plus 

Experience with Agile Methodology (SCRUM) is a plus 

Excellent team work skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision 

Understanding of large scale, multi-tier web application architecture
