What You'll Do:
  • Play a critical role in promoting the physical, mental, and social well-being of the residents!
  • Perform health and wellness programming with multi-diagnostic groups and provide an overall balanced approach to health and wellness in our community based on the needs of each individual.

What You'll Need:  
  • 2+ years of management experience in a fitness or rehabilitation setting with emphasis on gerontology or special populations is required.
  • Training in Aquatic Exercise & Aquatic Safety is required, with Certifications in areas related to wellness (Parkinson's, Arthritis and Balance preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a focus on fitness/wellness preferred
