Senior Director of Development

Location: ENLC Administrative Office, 2201 North Main St., Dayton, OH, 45405

Position Overview

The Senior Director of Development will provide strategic leadership and direction to the development department, driving fundraising initiatives and fostering strong relationships with donors and stakeholders. This role requires a mission-driven leader with excellent communication skills, strong spiritual leadership, and a servant’s attitude who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.

Job Requirements
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Management/Administrative experience, including managing/supervising a staff of 5-10.
  • Five or more years’ of fundraising leadership experience.
