Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our rehabilitation team. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and quality assurance of rehabilitation programs, ensuring exceptional patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment among our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients across diverse conditions and diagnoses.

  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care plans.

  • Team Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor rehabilitation team members, providing clinical guidance and professional support to maintain high standards of patient care.

  • Staff Education: Conduct staff orientation, training, and ongoing educational programs to promote industry best practices and maintain compliance.
