DIRECTOR OF SPA

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Director of Spa for a luxury hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a senior commercial and operational leadership role with full responsibility for the strategic direction, financial performance, and guest experience across all spa and wellness operations. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Director of Spa will drive revenue growth, develop innovative wellness programming, and position the spa as a standout destination within the Boston market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Provide strategic leadership across all spa operations, setting the direction for service excellence, wellness programming, and revenue performance
  • Develop and execute plans that align with hotel business objectives, revenue goals, and luxury standards
  • Curate and lead wellness storytelling initiatives, experiential concepts, and seasonal activations that bring the spa's identity to life
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop authentic narratives around the spa menu, wellness offerings, local culture, and partnerships
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, labour costs, and capital expenditures to achieve and exceed financial targets
  • Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities, analyse business trends, and implement strategies to optimize performance
